Term 4 Saturday Art Classes for Kids (Level 1 Beginners) Our specialized program is designed to nurture and develop your child's artistic abilities in a fun and interactive environment. Guided by artist Leah Leventeris, your child will be inspired to explore and experiment with color, line, and shape in drawing and painting. This program is structured to enhance creativity and develop essential art-making skills. Class Details: Duration: 1 hour per week over 9 consecutive weeks. Term Dates: May 1st to June 28th, 2025. Class Size: Limited to ensure personalized attention. Additional Information: Term fees include an art pack for each new student. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Kids' Art Classes 1. Registration: All students must be registered prior to attending classes. Registration can be completed online or in-person at the studio. A completed registration form is required to secure a spot in the class. 2. Payment: Full payment for the term is due at the time of registration/booking unless arrangements have been made with management to pay in person on the first day of term. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card and eftpos payments. There is an extra entry fee for external Art show/ exhibition participation in level 3. 3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the term will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of the term will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given once the term has started. 4. Missed Classes: Private -one on one sessions: If a student misses a class, a make-up session may be arranged, subject to availability. Make-up sessions must be scheduled within the same term. Group sessions: If a student misses a class, sessions cannot be made up or refunded. 5. Class Size: Classes are capped at a maximum of 10 students in level 1 and level 2 to ensure individual attention. Level 3 classes are capped to 5 students to allow for one-on-one attention. 6. Materials: All necessary materials are provided by the studio. Students are welcome to bring their own materials if they prefer. If students would like the option of learning oil painting, they are required to purchase an oil painting kit provided by LL Creative Studios (POA) 7. Behaviour: Respectful behaviour is expected from all students. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund. 8. Health and Safety: Parents/guardians must inform the studio of any allergies or medical conditions. In case of emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. 9. Photography and Media: Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. Parents/guardians must inform the studio at the time of registration if they do not wish their child to be photographed. 10.
